Is now a good time to talk about IBS-D?

There’s never a right or “good” time to talk about IBS-D with a doctor. It’s embarrassing to admit the extent of symptoms. We flip that discomfort with an unexpected role reversal: Each time our hero experiences an attack, she’s interrupted by a doctor so enthusiastic to talk about IBS-D—yes, even in the bathroom. The over the top style demonstrates that doctors really do want to understand what’s going on and help their patients find a lasting solution.

A New Place to Talk About IBS-D

We extended the campaign’s interruption theme into the social space with a native feel. This ranges from our Doctor interrupting the audience mid-scroll, to unexpectedly popping into a patient’s daily vlog.

These moments help make IBS-D conversations feel more approachable while encouraging patients to talk to their doctor about their symptoms and to ask about XIFAXAN.
